1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using amail.my, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

amail.my provides free, temporary, disposable email addresses. Each inbox receives emails in real-time. Messages and attachments are automatically deleted after 2 hours. Email addresses and account access are permanent unless manually deleted.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use amail.my for:

• Illegal activities, fraud, phishing, or identity theft
• Sending spam, unsolicited bulk email, or malware
• Harassment, stalking, threats, or abuse of any kind
• Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Registering accounts on services that prohibit disposable email addresses
• Any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the service
• Automated account creation, scraping, or excessive API usage without permission

4. Service Availability

amail.my is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding uptime, reliability, email delivery, or data integrity. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control at any time without notice.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Email messages and attachments are automatically and permanently deleted after 2 hours from receipt. Account credentials (email address and password hash) are retained indefinitely unless you request deletion. We reserve the right to delete any account or data at our sole discretion, with or without cause.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. We cannot recover or reset lost passwords. Anyone with access to your password can access your inbox. We recommend saving your password immediately upon account creation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall amail.my, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, missed communications, security breaches, or unauthorized access to your inbox.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you receive through the service. We claim no intellectual property rights over your emails. The amail.my name, logo, and service are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the last updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
